Put chicken bones and water in a pot. Simmer for 40 minutes

Prep ingredients for Stir-frying and put them together in a bowl (except oil, chilli paste, tomato paste)

Stir-frying:
Over medium heat, pour 1 tbsp oil into a frying pan.
Mix in all stir-frying ingredients (except chilli paste, tomato paste) with the oil
Put chilli paste, tomato paste => mix well
Turn to high heat, mix it for 2-3 minutes
Step 4
Prep sea food and veggie
Step 5
Mix all seasoning for the both (might substitute lemon powder with tamarin for sourness)
Step 6
After 40 minutes, remove the bones from the pot
In the same pot, mix in seasoning and stirfrying ingredients
