Instructions
Step 1
Wash radish, peel and julienne.
Step 2
Add salt. Mix well and let it sweat for 5 minutes.
Step 3
Squeeze radish and drain all liquid.
Step 4
Add sugar, rice vinegar, Korean hot pepper powder, sesame oil, green onions, garlic and sesame seeds.
Step 5
Mix well.
