2 Tbsptaco seasoning mix
3 poundslean boneless pork roast
cut into bite sized chunks
2onions
medium, cut into chunks
3garlic cloves

1 ¼ cupschicken stock
2 tablespoonschili powder
1 teaspoonsmoked paprika
1 teaspoonground cumin
1 teaspoondried mexican oregano
1 teaspoonbrown sugar

¼ cuptomato paste
½ cupmexican crema
or sour cream
Instructions
Step 1
1. Rub the taco seasoning all over the pork.
Step 2
2. In a slow cooker combine the pork, onions and garlic.
Step 3
3. In a medium bowl, whisk together the chicken stock, chili powder, paprika, cumin, oregano, brown sugar, and tomato paste. Pour this mixture over the meat in the slow cooker, and cook on low for 8 hours.
Step 4
4. Stir in the crema, and cook for five minutes more, uncovered, before serving.
