Instructions
Step 1
In 2 (1-quart) saucepans, heat beef and beans separately over medium heat 2 to 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until hot.
Step 2
Meanwhile, heat tortillas as directed on package.
Step 3
Spoon about 1/4 cup beef on center of each tortilla.
Step 4
Spoon about 2 tablespoons beans onto beef.
Step 5
Top each with 1/4 cup lettuce, 3 tablespoons tomatoes and 2 tablespoons cheese.
Step 6
Fold one end of tortilla up about 1 inch over filling; fold right and left sides over folded end, overlapping.
Step 7
Fold remaining end down.
