Quesadillas are one of my favorite comfort foods! & this recipe is really easy to make very noicee. This recipe can make enough for 2 servings depending on how much you can eat or depending the size of the chicken breast you use

Step 1
Before you begin cooking; prep your toppings and the buffalo sauce & set aside
Step 2
1. Over medium heat add 1 Tbsp of oil & cook the chicken until it reaches 165 degrees internal temp. Remove set aside
Step 3
2. Add the tortilla then a lot of “ mexican quesadilla cheese” make sure to spread it to the edges.

3. Mix the chicken with the buffalo, before adding it to one side of the tortilla as the cheese began to melt. Close it up and toast it until golden brown crispy.
Step 5
4. Before serving open the quesadilla up and your toppings. Serve and enjoy! 😉
