Instructions

Step 1
Saute steak strips until done (don't overcook!) and remove from pan. Add the onion slices and mushrooms to the pan drippings. Saute for a few minutes, until the onion is tender. Sprinkle with 1-teaspoon flour.
Step 2
Add the beef broth and Worcestershire sauce. Cook over low heat for about 15 minutes, covered. Add cooked steak back in.
Step 3
Adjust seasoning to taste, adding salt and pepper, as needed. Stir in the sour cream at the end. Serve over egg noodles.
