Instructions

Step 1
Start cooking the pasta in salted water (it should be cooked slightly less than what's mentioned on the package).
Step 2
Roast 1 tbsp coarsely grounded pepper directly in a pan for 1-2 minutes. After that, pasta water should be added constantly such that the pepper won't burn.
Step 3
Make a mixture of cheeses with a small amount of pasta water.
Step 4
Take the pasta out of water and finish cooking it in the pan with the pepper, while adding pasta water as needed and stiring constantly.
Step 5
Turn off the stove and add the mixture of cheeses while stirring constantly in order to make a homogenous sauce (add pasta water if needed).
Step 6
Top it off with 1 tsp of pepper.
