With flat side of knife, smash olives and remove pits

Add tomato sauce (careful- may splatter) and oregano, season with salt & pepper. Cook, stirring occasionally, 2-3 minutes or until slightly thickened. Turn off heat and adjust salt & pepper to taste

Placed halved rolls on cookie sheet, cut side up. Evenly top with sauce, mozzarella , olives, Parmesan cheese. Drizzle with olive oil, season with salt and pepper.
