Instructions

Preheat oven to 450

With flat side of knife, smash olives and remove pits

In a small pan heat olive oil and garlic on medium high until hot until garlic is fragrant and turning gold

Add tomato sauce (careful- may splatter) and oregano, season with salt & pepper. Cook, stirring occasionally, 2-3 minutes or until slightly thickened. Turn off heat and adjust salt & pepper to taste

Placed halved rolls on cookie sheet, cut side up. Evenly top with sauce, mozzarella , olives, Parmesan cheese. Drizzle with olive oil, season with salt and pepper.

Bake 14-16 minutes until rolls are golden and cheese is melted. Let stand 2 Minutes before serving
