Ingredients

500 gramspeeled raw prawns
500 gramspork mince
3 tablespoonschives
5 cmginger
4cloves garlic
2 tablespoonsoyster sauce
2 tablespoonslow salt soy sauce
1 tablespoonssesame oil
1 tablespoonspeanut oil
1spring onion
1 Pinchgochugaru
2 handfulsbaby spinach
1 litrelow salt chicken stock
1 pinchChinese five spice
1 stalklemon grass
Instructions
Step 1
Roughly chop prawns, finely chop garlic, half the ginger, and chives. add together with pork mince, salt, and pepper. roll into ping pong sized balls.
Step 2
In a decent sized saucepan set to a highish hear, add oils and add pork balls. They need to all touch the bottom of the pan, you'll probably need to do batches. Make sure they get a nice golden brown colour.
Step 3
Chop remaining ginger into matchsticks, then add to pot with stock and sauces.
Step 4
Simmer for 20 minutes, then take off the heat and add baby spinach
Step 5
Serve into bowls, typing with chopped spring onion and gochugaru.
