Step 1
I usually cut the vegetables up in my mini food processor. Cook vegetables in 1 1/2 cup water for 15 min. Prepare 2 packages of gravy mix as directed by package. Add to vegetables. Add 1/2 - 1 pound Velveeta. Add butter. Simmer until cheese and butter are melted. I usually also add a little cayenne pepper.
