Instructions
Step 1
In a jar or bowl, combine the oats, chia seeds, coconut milk or milk of choice, cooled tea or spices, coconut and sweetener of choice, if using.
Step 2
Stir to combine and place in the fridge to soak for 30 minutes or overnight.
Step 3
Once the oats have soaked, add the protein, almond meal or LSA, if using.
Step 4
If the mixture is too thick, add some more milk.
Step 5
Top with chopped pistachios and figs, to serve.
