Instructions

Step 1
Process sun-dried tomatoes in a blender, adding soak water until the mixture is a thick liquid.
Step 2
In a large bowl, combine flax seeds, sun-dried tomatoes, and remaining ingredients.
Step 3
Spread mixture as thin as possible, approximately 1/4" thick, on dehydrator trays with a Teflex sheet.
Step 4
Keeping hands wet will help in the spreading of the flax seeds.
Step 5
Dehydrate at 145°F for 2–3 hours, then turn over, remove Teflex, and continue dehydrating for 6-8 hours at 115°F, or until desired moisture is obtained.
