Puran Poli
Nothing can beat the taste of scrumptious Maharashtrian Pooran Poli that’s typically made during festival of Holi. This Maharashtrian flatbread has a sweet, extremely smooth and delicious filling and is served with a generous helping of ghee / clarified butter. This delicacy of Marathi cuisine is so soft that it just melts in your mouth and after tasting one you are sure to want one more! With the method shown in video, no Puran Poli machine is required to make the filling / puran. You can just use your blender / grinder /mixer instead.
