Ingredients

3 ouncessliced prosciutto
thinly
6 ouncesFrench baguette
sliced 1/2 inch thick on a bias
2 tablespoonsunsalted butter
4 ouncesbrie
cut into 1/4 inch thick strips, then into 1 inch pieces

Instructions
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 350˚F.
Step 2
2. Place a pan over medium heat. Add slices of prosciutto and pan-fry until crisp, 1 to 2 minutes. Flip each piece and continue to fry for another minute. Remove from heat and break into large pieces.
Step 3
3. Melt 1 tablespoon butter in same pan over medium-low heat.
Step 4
4. Add half of the sliced baguette and pan fry for 3 to 4 minutes or until golden brown and toasted. Flip and continue to pan fry for an additional 2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper and transfer to a cooling rack (or large plate).
Step 5
5. Repeat steps 3-4 with remaining butter and baguette.
Step 6
6. Top each crostini with a piece of prosciutto followed by a piece of brie.
Step 7
7. Transfer crostini to a baking sheet and bake for 4 to 5 minutes or until brie has just started to melt.
Step 8
8. Remove from oven, drizzle with honey and sprinkle with herbs. Serve.
