- add wheat flour in one bowl, mix all ingredients into it including fenugreek leaves
- add required water to knead it then add oil into it and knead it properly and makes the dough, let it rest for 10 minutes
- make small size balls and roll them with rolling pin in round shape
- heat the pan ans add rolled Thepla on it
- roast it one side well, turn it upside down then add 1/2 tsp oil on it, roast it well then turn it again - when roasted evenly remove from the pan
- serve it with pickle, chutney, chai or curd
