Instructions
Step 1
Bring water to a boil. (Usually the ratio is 2 cups water to 1 cup rice, but you need a little extra because the soy curls soak up water) Put all ingredients except the vegetables in the water.
Step 2
Lower heat and cook for 35 minutes. Add the vegetables near the end.
