Peas and Potato Rice

Instructions
Step 1
Put the vegetable oil in your cooking pot and put the onion in.
Step 2
Cook the onion until lightly brown add the roughly chopped tomatoes.
Step 3
Add the potatoes.
Step 4
Cook until the the tomatoes have really soften add salt chilli and garam masala and peas.
Step 5
Cook for another ten minutes and then add the water.
Step 6
When the water boils add the rice and when the water has nearly evaporated put the heat at its lowest and let it cook for 25 minutes.
