Instructions
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 425 and move rack to top position 2. Wash potatoes 3. Cut in half and then into 1/2 inch wedges.
4. Season with olive oil, salt, pepper and ranch seasoning 5. Shake in covered bowl to coat
6. Roast for 25 minutes
