Instructions

Step 1
To make these clusters, start by washing your blueberries and drying them well, adding them to a bowl once they’re cleaned. Next, add your yogurt to the bowl and toss until the blueberries are fully coated in the yogurt. Then, scoop your blueberries into 6-8 scoops and place them onto a parchment paper lined baking sheet and freeze for 20 minutes.
Step 2
In a separate small bowl, add your chocolate chips and coconut oil and melt in 2, 30-second increments in the microwave until it’s completely smooth. Be sure to mix the coconut oil and chocolate in-between increments, so it combines together.
Step 3
Once your chocolate is melted, remove your tray of blueberries from the freezer and dip each cluster into the chocolate. The chocolate will form a shell on top of each one!Add a sprinkle of sea salt if desired, then eat and enjoy! Store any leftovers in the fridge for up to one week.
