Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°F
Step 2
Brown hamburger meat. Drain and dispose of fat.
Step 3
Mix together meat, salt, sugar, pepper, Italian seasoning, tomato paste, rotel, and diced tomatoes in pan. Heat until simmering.
Step 4
Remove meat and tomato mixture. Set aside.
Step 5
Boil egg noodles as package instructs. Drain and add to mixing bowl.
Step 6
Mix noodles, sour cream, and softened cream cheese together. Add garlic and onion powder to taste.
Step 7
Grease 9x13 pan and add noodle mixture evenly to the bottom.
Step 8
Layer meat and tomato mixture on top.
Step 9
Top with the 3 types of cheeses.
Step 10
Grease one side of aluminum foil(the side touching the top of the casserole) and cover. Helps keep the cheese from sticking to the foil.
Step 11
Bake covered for 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 5 minutes to melt cheese.
