Instructions

Step 1
Pour the flake coconut into a bowl and add the granulated sugar and mix
Step 2
Add the egg whites and mix everything thoroughly
Step 3
When you get an uniform mixture transfer it into a piping bag
Step 4
Squeeze on a drip pan with parchment paper
Step 5
Bake in a preheated oven at 200° for about 10 minutes or until they are golden on the surface
Step 6
Remove from the oven and let them cook before moving them. Once cold, you can serve them!!
