Step 1
Pre heat oven at 180°C.
Step 2
Wash the spinach, reduce them with a drizzle of oil in a pan, drain and squeeze as much water as possible. Blend and reserve.
Step 3
Blend the olives with a bit of olive oil, reserve.
Step 4
Beat the eggs, add the flour previously mixed with the yeast, combine with olive oil and salt.
Step 5
Split the dough in 3 equal parts. Each will be mixed respectively with the spinach, blended olives and tomato pure.
Step 6
Butter up the cake tin, lay half of the black olives dough, then a layer of spinach dough and then the tomato dough. Repeat a second time.
Step 7
Cook in oven for 50min at 180°C.
