Step 1
1. Melt butter in medium saucepan

2. Add onion and stir constantly over medium heat for about 3 minutes or until onion is soft

3. Add flour, stir constantly over medium heat for 1 minute or until mixture is bubbly

4. Gradually stir in the milk – stir constantly over high heat until mixture boils and thickens

5. Remove from heat, add cheese, corn, and tuna
Step 6
6. Stir gently until cheese is melted
Step 7
7. Spoon mixture into an oven-proof dishes
Step 8
8. Sprinkle with combined breadcrumbs and extra cheese
Step 9
9. Bake in oven at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes or until mornay is heated through
