Step 1
Chop the onions and mushrooms while the kettle boils

Add the rice with some salt to a pot and pour double the amount of water. Leave for 20 minutes.

While the rice cooks, fry the onion in a large frying pan

Once the onion has browned and softened, add the beef and season accordingly: salt, pepper, chili flakes/powder, and paprika
