Step 1
Snijd de aubergine en courgette in plakken. Verwarm olijfolie in een pan. Bak de aubergine en courgette kort in de pan totdat ze gaar zijn.

Snijd de tomaten in plakken.
Step 3
Rol het pizzadeeg uit en smeer de pizzasaus erop. Beleg de pizza met de aubergine, courgette en tomaten plakjes. Leg daarna stukjes boursin op de pizza.
Step 4
Bak de pizza voor 25 minuten op 230 graden in de oven.

Slice the eggplant and zucchini. Heat olive oil in a pan. Fry the eggplant and zucchini briefly in the pan until they are cooked.

Slice the tomatoes.

Roll out the pizza dough and spread the pizza sauce on it. Top the pizza with the aubergine, zucchini and tomato slices. Then place pieces of boursin on the pizza.
Step 8
Bake the pizza for 25 minutes in the oven at 230 degrees.
