Instructions

Step 1
Whisk together 33g flour 16g Protein powder pinch salt, 72g egg white 67 ml of both milk and water, 1 tsp vanilla,
Step 2
Heat 1 tsp butter up then get a napkin then rub it in the pan till the butter gets onto the napkin
Step 3
Pour about 1/4 cup batter on the pan and swirl the batter around by turning the pan
Step 4
Once the batter was spread let cook until bubbles appear then carefully flip, and let cook for a few minutes
Step 5
then transfer to a plate, add more butter to pan as needed, repeat steps till all batter has been used.
Step 6
Then once all batter has been used fill with whatever you want, I did keto Nutella, strawberries
