14mini whole-wheat pita pockets
about 2 1/2 inches across
1/2 cup pizza Sauce
½ cuppizza sauce
3/4 cup grated mozzarella cheese
¾ cupmozzarella cheese
grated
Pepperoni
pepperoni

Instructions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 425°F.
Step 2
Lay the whole pitas out on a baking sheet.
Step 3
Spread a small spoonful of the sauce on top of each pita, add any spices you'd like, then divide the cheese, & pepperoni (optional).
Step 4
Bake for 8 to 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and starts to turn golden brown.
Step 5
Serve the pizzas warm, refrigerate them for up to several days, or freeze them in a large freezer-safe container or bag separated with wax paper.
