Instructions

Step 1
Peel potatoes, cut into reasonably even sized pieces and cook/boil in salted water. Be careful to only just cook, drain and allow to cool.
Step 2
Halloumi. Cut thin slices and cook in hot lightly oiled pan until brown and crisp on the outside. Cool and cut into small pieces
Step 3
Bacon. Fry or grill until crisp, cool and cut into small pieces.
Step 4
Combine prepared salad ingredients in bowl and gently mix.

Dressing

Step 5
Combine ingredients in a bowl, mix well, then gently mix into salad.
