Instructions
Step 1
In a small bowl, whisk teriyaki sauce and honey.
Step 2
Pour one cup of marinade into a large resealable plastic bag. Add salmon; seal bag then turn frequently to coat fish. Keep in refrigerator for a minimum of 15 minutes. Cover and store remaining marinade in a separate bowl in the refrigerator.
Step 3
Oil and heat grill. Place salmon, skin side down, on hot grill plate.
Step 4
Grill, covered, over medium heat for approximately 5 minutes, then flip. Cook on other side for about 4 minutes, brush fish often with reserved marinade, to keep it moist and add all sorts of delicious flavor. Once the meat starts to flake with a fork, take it off heat.
Step 5
Serve over a bed of mixed greens, tossed in the remaining marinade. It makes a fantastic dressing and is an excellent compliment to the salmon.
