Tasty Keto friendly chocolate chaffles. This quick and easy waffle, also known as a chaffle is delicious and one of my favorite go to for any meal or snack! Craving chocolate and looking for something to help curve that craving? You can use a regular waffle maker and make one large chaffle or purchase an in-expensive mini waffle maker and this will make 2 chaffles.

Step 1
First, you will want to preheat your mini waffle maker. Preheating your waffle maker is important to ensure your chaffle cooks evenly.
Step 2
Crack your egg into a bowl and whisk until well beaten.
Step 3
Add in the cocoa powder, vanilla extract, whipping cream, sweetener and baking powder and chocolate chips and mix well.
Step 4
Spray your waffle maker well with non-stick spray on both sides.
Step 5
Pour in mixture and close the lid and cook for 3-4 minutes or until your automatic timer goes off. Repeat for next waffle.
Step 6
Enjoy with a little butter and/or sugar-free syrup.
