Instructions
Step 1
1. Brown gnocchi in olive oil in a large nonstick skillet for about 5 minutes

2. Add riced cauliflower, bacon, and water. Cover and cook until everything is soft

3. Beat in eggs with cheese

4. Remove from heat and stir into the gnocchi to coat
