Instructions
Step 1
In a pan over medium low heat, cook your bacon with some olive oil until crunchy, then remove it from the pan and set aside.
Step 2
In the same greasy pan, cook your cherry tomatoes for about 4/5 mins, season with salt and pepper, then add your ricotta cheese.
Step 3
Finally, add half of your crispy bacon back in and stir until super sexy!
Step 4
Boil your spaghetti until al dente the add them to your sauce and toss well over the heat to combine all the flavours together, adding some pasta water to make it super creamy!
Step 5
Turn the heat off, add your grated Parmigiano and stir one last time.
Step 6
Serve with the rest of the bacon on top.
