Instructions
Step 1
1. Mix the dry ingredients : flour, sugar, baking powder

2. Add the eggs and mix

3. Add the butter slightly melted and mix
Step 4
4. Add the mascarpone and the lemon juice, mix and finish with the vanilla
Step 5
5. Bake for 20mn at 180°C. Check with a knife : if it comes out clean, you are good to go !
