This is a classic and so good with cilantro lime cauliflower rice!
Sheet Pan Chicken Fajitas 🌶⬇️
Ingredients:
1/2 cup green onion, peeled and thinly sliced
4.8oz cooked red pepper, sliced into strips
2.4oz cooked yellow pepper, sliced into strips
2.4oz cooked green pepper, sliced into strips
2.4oz cooked orange pepper, sliced into strips
6-5oz chicken cutlets
1 tbsp. fajita seasoning
1/8 tsp. salt and 1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tbsp. chili powder
1/2 tbsp. cumin powder
1/2 tbsp. smoked paprika
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. cayenne
1/2 tsp. kosher salt
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Place chicken, onion, and peppers in a single layer on a large baking sheet.
Spray with olive oil or Pam
Sprinkle on the above spices as well as Fanita mix. Add a large pinch of Kosher salt and fresh cracked pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
Bake for 10 minutes. Then stir meat and veggies on the pan and bake for 5 more minutes.
Broil on high 2-3 minutes just to get the edges of everything crispy and a little charred.
Makes 6 servings and per serving you receive:
