Instructions
Step 1
Heat oil in a wok or a deep pan.
Step 2
Add garlic, ginger and chillis and sauté for a few seconds on a high heat
Step 3
Now add chopped onions and sauté for 1 minute
Step 4
Then add the carrots and mix well. Sauté for 1 minute.
Step 5
Now cover the veg with boiled rice.
Step 6
Season with salt, MSG, black pepper powder and soy sauce. Mix rice well.
Step 7
Sprinkle a dash of water over the rice so that the steam cools the rice well and it doesn’t break.
Step 8
Switch the flame off and garnish with chopped spring onions.
