2Carrots
med, peeled

⅓ cuponion
chopped

Ginger
peeled

2 heaping TbspMiso Paste

2 tspRice Vinegar

2 tspsoy sauce

2 tspLiquid Aminos
1 tspHonee
or Maple Syrup

pepper
to taste
1 tspShiso flavored Ponzu Sauce
optional

½ cupwater

1 TbspGrapeseed Oil
or mymisomayo If you have it

1 packageExtra Firm Tofu
or Sprouted, cubed, I used

2 Tbsplight Soy Sauce
ot Tamari

2 clovesGarlic
minced or 1 tsp of Garlic Powder

1 tspToasted Sesame Oil

½ tspLiquid Smoke
Instructions
Step 1
1. Lightly chop all the vegetables before adding to a food processor along with rest of

2. Run until desired consistency. It will have some texture. (Dressing will keep refrigerated for up to two weeks)

3.Marinate the Tofu for at least 30 minutes (the longer the better)
Step 4
4. In a skillet on med heat, no oil necessary cook the Tofu flipping it after a few minutes until all sides have browned .
Step 5
5. Assemble the Veggie Bowl with anything you like. This one included Brown Rice, Cherry Toamtoes, Avocado, Cucumber Slices, Garlicky Tofu and steamed Broccoli
