Instructions

Step 1
Brown hamburger, celery and onion. Add uncooked rice to mixture in casserole dish. Blend soup and water. Pour over hamburger and rice. Add mushrooms.
Step 2
Bake at 350 for approximately 1 hour. Top with chow mien noodles the last 10 minutes.
