Instructions
Step 1
season flour with garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne, salt and black pepper. Blend
Step 2
Add 1/2 cup buttermilk to separate bowl
Step 3
Dip each chop in buttermilk then dredge in flour. Heat oil, add chops in single layer browning for 3-5 mins. Set aside. Add 4 tbsp seasoned flour to pan drippings, stirring til thick. Slowly add chicken stock to pan, stirring and cooking for 5 mins.
Step 4
Add remaining 1/2 cup buttermilk to pan. Add pork chops back and cover with sliced onion. Heat to low, cover and simmer for 30 mins or until chops are fork tender. Transfer chops to serving platter and cover with onions and gravy
