Instructions
Step 1
Dissolve yeast and sugar in a bowl with lukewarm water
Step 2
Add stir in half the flour, then add salt and olive oil
Step 3
Continue stirring in flour until mixture is dense enough to be worked on a board
Step 4
Knead dough (adding more flour if necessary) for at least 10 minutes until the dough becomes smooth and elastic
Step 5
Let the dough rest, covered with a damp cloth, until double its size
Step 6
Divide dough into portions and cover with cloth until double their size
Step 7
Roll dough into balls and cook on cast iron skillet with thin layer of olive oil
Step 8
Once rolled cook as soon as possible
