3 pounds85 % lean ground turkey

1red bell pepper
large

2zucchini

1yellow onion

1 x 10 ozfrozen kale

4cloves garlic

2 Tbspchili powder

1 tablespooncumin

1 tablespoonoregano

¼ cupcilantro
chopped

1can chili beans

1can white northern beans
rinsed

2cans fire roasted tomatoes

3 cupsreduced sodium chicken bone broth

Instructions
Step 1
Chop all produce. In a big pot, cook turkey until lightly browned. Then add onion, zucchini, and bell pepper until softened.
Step 2
Add spices and garlic, cooking until fragrant (30 seconds). Add tomatoes, beans, kale, and broth simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
