Werbung/Ad I love Thai red curry, it has beautiful fragrant taste, the coconut milk makes it creamy and you can add whatever veggies or protein source you like! 😋 I used the red curry paste by which was perfect! You can save there 5% with „fitgreenmind5“. 🥳 Much love Maya ✨ RECIPE (3 servings, 20min prep time): -1 can (400ml) coconut milk -3 Tbsp red curry paste by Heat up a few Tbsp coconut milk. Fry the curry paste 4-5mins. -1/2 head broccoli -2 carrots -1 bell pepper (or other veggies of your choice, I also used bamboo shoots) Stir fry 3-4mins. Add the rest of the coconut milk. -optionally 5 lime leaves -salt to taste -a pinch of sugar -a glut of water Stir it in. Let it simmer until the veggies are tender. Serve with rice. -
