1 cupfrozen california vegetables
40gsoba noodles
1 tsplight soya sauce
for soba noodles or to taste
¼ tspchili oil
for soba noodles
1 tspred chili flakes
or to taste soba noodles
1fish fillet
haddock
¼ tspblack pepper powder
soba noodles
1 tspcoconut oil
for soba noodles
¼ tspsesame oil
for soba noodles
½ tspchili flakes
for fish or to taste
¼ teaspoonblack pepper powder

1 tspolive oil
for fish
½ tsplemon juice
for fish

Instructions
Step 1
Marinate the fish first.
Step 2
Take a pot boil the water with no salt
Step 3
Add soba noodles and boil per instructions. After boiling wash it with cold water.
Step 4
In a same pot again add water and bring it to boil,

Add frozen vegetables and boil it for 2 mins
Step 6
Strain the vegetables
Step 7
Take a same sauce pan, add coconut oil, add the vegetables, saute for few seconds. Turn off the heat add noodles, soya sauce, chili oil, black pepper powder, chili flakes and sesame oil. Mix all together
Step 8
Now bake or air fry the fish. Normally it takes 4-6 mins at 400 temperature
Step 9
When the fish is ready, take out the noodles, add the fish on top, and use your favourite hot sauce (optional)
