Stay airtight on the counter for a couple of days, in the fridge for a week, or in the freezer for a while. No need to thaw from freezer to serve! Makes 36 cookies.

Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°F
Step 2
Add oats to food processor for about a minute.
Step 3
Add the rest of the ingredients to the food processor for about 30 sec.
Step 4
Drop by small scoop onto making mat lined pan. Flatten to about 1/2 inch by criss-cross with floured fork.
Step 5
Bake for 14 min (while still soft but cooked all the way through).
Step 6
Remove from oven and immediately move cookies to baking rack.
