Instructions

Step 1
Caramelize onion and pepper in 1 tbsp olive oil. Add spices, more or less according to your taste. Add tomatoes (I use frozen whole tomatoes. Just run them under hot water and the skins peel right off. Add black beans and shrimp. Cook till shrimp are done.
