½ cuppanko breadcrumbs

Instructions
Step 1
For sauce, In a pan on medium heat add and mix Hot Sauce, Soy Sauce, Apple Cider Vinegar, Brown Sugar, and Red Pepper Flakes. Stir sauce frequently and bring to a simmer for about 5 minutes to thicken, sauce should be able to coat the back of a spoon. Remove sauce from heat and let cool for a couple minutes to continue to thicken.
Step 2
For meatballs, in a large bowl, add in and mix Eggs, 1-2 Tablespoons of Olive Oil, Salt, Black Pepper, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, and Smoked Paprika. I recommend mixing these first, then add in Ground Poultry, Panko Breadcrumbs, and mix ingredients together. Be sure to not over mix as this can make the meatballs too tough after cooking. I recommend using Poultry (Ground Chicken or Ground Turkey) with a higher fat content percentage to keep the meatballs moist after cooking.
Step 3
Preheat air fryer at 350F.
Step 4
Form mixture into meatballs by scooping out about a 1-2 Tablespoon worth of mixture.
Step 5
Lightly spray the air fryer tray with nonstick cooking spray, then add in a single layer of meatballs. Cook for about 8-10 minutes or until meatballs are cooked all the way through.
Step 6
Coat meatballs in sauce after cooking.
