Step 1
Stir fry chicken in olive oil until cooked. Add veggies, salt and pepper . Don't overcook veggies. Add alfredo sauce.
To make lasagna, layer sauce on bottom, noodles, sauce, mozzarella cheese. Repeat until everything is used.
Cover with foil and bake at 400 for 30 minutes. Remove foil then bake for 15 more minutes, checking to make sure it doesn't get too brown. Remove immediately from oven. Good with a nice salad.
