Step 1
Shred cheese(s) and toss with cornstarch

Melt butter in med saucepan


Step 3
Saute garlic in butter

Step 4
Add seasoning, chilies and tomatoes and cook for a couple minutes




Step 5
Add evaporated milk and bring to a boil

Step 6
Add cheese


Step 7
Immediately turn off heat once cheese melts
