Instructions
Step 1

Blend together the avocado, spinach, garlic gloves, cream cheese, lemon juice (1/2 lemon),(optional cashew nuts) and seasonings (add more or different ones to taste)
Step 2

Chop the tomatoes (large pieces) and add to a hot pan (you can use oil if youd like) and cook until they soften slightly
Step 3

Add the cooked pasta along with the avocado mixture
Step 4
If the paste is too thick, add water to help loosen it up
Step 5

Plate up the spaghetti and sprinkle with lemon zest and chilli flakes
