Re-sharing the recipe below: Let’s jump on the recipe: For Chilla 💛1 cup Moong Dal 💛1 green chilli 💛Salt as taste 💛water to adjust consistency For Paneer Stuffing 💛1 Tbsp oil 💛1 small onion diced 💛1 Large tomato diced 💛1 cup grated Paneer 💛1/2 cup frozen peas 💛Spices : 1/2 tsp red chilli powder + 1/4 tsp turmeric & salt as taste Method: Method: 1. For Chilla batter, Wash moong Dal & rinse it. To it, add 1 cup of hot water. Cover and let it sit for an hour. In a blender, add soaked dal excluding water + 1 green chilli & salt and blend it. If you feel the consistency is too thick, add a little water in it. 2. To prepare stuffing, In a pan, add oil. When it’s hot, add onions and sauté for 2 min. Add peas & tomatoes and spices. Cook until tomatoes get soft (it should not be mushy). Add grated panner in it and mix well. 3. In a non-stick pan, spread the batter and cook it until golden from one side. Flip it over & cook it from other side too. 4. Once done, stuff it with paneer & enjoy with mint chutney. (Please refer to video for clear steps)

Instructions

Step 1
