Step 1

Step 2
Add green pepper & cashews. Cover; microwave (2-4 min.) until chicken is no longer pink, stirring once.
Step 3
Let stand (3 min.) Serve with rice; sprinkle with red pepper flakes.

OPTIONS: Use pork instead of chicken. Add additional ingredients like pineapple, mandarin oranges, snow peas or broccoli.
